Xbajje (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the service") is an online gaming and betting platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between xbajje and the user (referred to herein as "you" or "member").

General Gaming Rules:

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.
• Each event in Sports Betting is governed by its own specific rules.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajje. If detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games

• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

Xbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicious Financial Activity
• Misconduct toward other users

You may also request to close your account at any time. A self-exclusion option is available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Xbajje is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions due to technical issues or loss of internet connection
• Bugs or errors in games provided by third-party providers
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account (where caused by your own negligence)
• Failure to achieve expected earnings from gaming
